Accounts Training
To view or search for existing accounts and members in MyRec.com, use the Member Search box at the top left corner by entering a name. Selecting an account brings you to the Account Details screen, where you can access various tabs, such as their Registrations, Finance and the Main tab for account management. New accounts can be created either publicly or from the management side, and questions tied to the account creation process can be customized under the Accounts tab. The main account page offers details on residency, credits, and household members, while the Messages tab allows staff to send Global or Targeted messages and log communication with customers.
Additional account tabs include Registration, Membership, POS, and Reservations, which display all related transactions for household members. The Finance tab gives access to the account’s complete financial history. Within a member's profile, individual registrations and memberships can also be viewed. These tools and tabs ensure efficient management and communication between staff and customers through the MyRec.com system.
