At a member’s profile within their household account, you can assign the member the status of being a coach or instructor. Doing this will grant that user roster access to specific activities they are identified as a coach or instructor for from their public side household account.
For team sports, you can assign coach/instructor at two different locations. The first is at the overall activity level, which will grant them roster access to all participants within the activity despite what team they may be assigned to.
You can also assign a coach/instructor under your Teams/Groups. Using the view/add link on each team’s line item, you can assign one or more coaches to a specific team.
