If you would members to scan their membership barcodes on their membership cards to gain access to facilities, you will need to grant access to do so. This can be done in two different locations. Updating the access in one section of the system will automatically reflect in the other section of the MyRec.com system so you don’t need to update the access in both locations.

- The first section to allow facility access is at the membership level.
- The second location that facility scan in access can be granted is at the facility level.
