Cancel & Refund a Membership
To cancel a membership, you will first need to find the customer’s account:

- Using the View/Search Accounts field. Then choose the desired member from the list of search results.
- In the Account Details, click the Memberships tab
- Use the checkboxes on the right to select the membership that needs to be canceled
- Click the Cancel Selected Memberships button at the bottom
