Canceling, Pausing and Editing an Account Payment Plan (APP)
When using Account Payment Plans (APPs), you as a management side user will have the ability to make edits to the existing plan, pause the APP, or cancel it entirely. In the video below, we will walk through the steps to edit, cancel, or pause an Account Payment Plan (APP).
**Please note that since the original recording of this video, a Development Update to the Payment Plan Icon has taken place.
Originally, a circular arrow appeared next to all items that were in an active payment plan.

As of January 13th, 2025 - you will now see a clickable link next to items currently in an active payment plan. When clicked, the link will bring you directly to the details of that payment plan.
