Creating Tickets

In the Myrec.com system you can create tickets to grant admission to events. This feature allows you to assign ticket numbers and generate barcodes to scan tickets in to gain entry to a venue or event.

Once tickets are purchased, a copy of the ticket can be sent to the Customer's Email and is accessible in their MyRec.com Household account on both the Public & Management sides. If barcode usage was selected during Ticket Creation, a barcode will be present on the ticket as well. 

Tickets purchased through the POS can also be viewed through the Ticket Report. In that previous link, a helpful article will walk you through how to access the Ticket Report and filter the search results. In this report, you will also have the option to print the list of purchased tickets.
