General Cancellation & Refund
It is inevitable that at some point, you will need to cancel and refund a registration. In the video below, we will walk through the general process to accomplish a cancellation and a refund. Any check refunds must come directly from your Finance Department. The MyRec.com System does not generate checks to be sent out to customers on your behalf.
Based on your sites specific merchant settings, the process to refund directly to a customer's credit card may look slightly different than in the video. It is also important to note that your department may not have the option to refund back to a customer's credit card at all. Please ensure you are complying with your specific department's policies and procedures when it comes to refunding.
