Management Side Reservation
Once your facility rental info tab, rental fees tab, and requirements tab has had the necessary information added, your facility will be available to reserve. Let’s walk through the process of a management side reservation.
You will first search for the customer’s account. Click on the member from the list of search results. Next click add reservation/request from the member’s household account navigation menu.
To begin the reservation process click the Start a Reservation link. The previously chosen Member will auto fill as the Rental Contact. And the Facility Renter type associated with the member’s profile will also be auto selected.
