The Misc tab provides access to key resources and tools. This includes a direct link to MyRec.com’s Contact Support page, where you’ll find MyRec.com's contact information, observed company holidays, and your unique Department ID Number.
Features Available lists all the products and optional features that can be enabled for your MyRec.com site. If you have questions about activating any of these features, please reach out to your Onboarding Specialist during your onboarding process, or connect with Client Services. Note that some settings may require additional training prior to activation.
The Discussion Board offers a space for departments to share ideas and best practices. It is your place to ask fellow MyRec.com users questions about unique setups.
Through the Order Barcode Cards section, you can order physical membership cards for member identification or facility access. To place an order, submit a request directly through the form. For questions related to barcode cards, feel free to contact our Design Specialist at design@myrec.com.
