Public Side Reservation Request
In order for a customer to submit a reservation request on the public side, they must first log in to their MyRec.com Household account. As a reminder, Reservation Requests do not allow the custom to submit payment or finalize their booking on the public side. When a request is submitted, a member of your department must review and choose to approve or deny the request and create a balance due on the reservation to finalize it.
