Rental Fees Tab

Facilities Set to Allow Reservations:
In order for your community to process a reservation from the public side, Rental Fees must be associated with the facility. If your facility is set up as either “None” or “Flexible Blocks,” you will use a Fee Matrix under the Rental Fees tab to add fees to your facility. To find your rental fees tab, you will navigate to your selected facility and then click Rental Fees.

The Hourly (Public) column, is the most important section to add fees into. In order for your facility to allow a public side reservation you must include a rate in the hourly (public) category.

If no fees are entered in this (Public) column, the facility will not allow customers to reserve it on the public side. 

Facilities Set to Allow Requests:
Completing the fee matrix for each Facility Renter type under the Rental Fees Tab is not a requirement when your facility is set to allow Public Requests only, however, doing so will streamline the process of approving a reservation request on the management side so it is highly recommend to take the extra time to add in fees here during initial facility setup.
