Your department can combine your use of Memberships and Facilities within MyRec.com to create a way for your customers to choose options upon scanning into a facility.
It is important to note that scan in choice selections made in the facility access portal will not communicate with an activity’s roster for attendance and does not require a member to be enrolled in the activity in order to select it as a scan-in choice.
