Updating Payment Information
To update Payment Information for an active payment plan, navigate to the Household Account you wish to update the payment information for. Once in the Household, click on the View Payment Plans link located on the top right hand side of the screen.
That link will take you to a list of active payment plans associated with the Household Account. Click on the Payment Plan Number link to begin the process of updating the Payment Information.
