On the management side, using the program dropdown menu, you can view/search for programs or activities. In the View/Search Programs list view, a list of all current programs is displayed alphabetically. If you are looking for a past program you can use this date range feature to backdate your list view search results.
Programs that do not contain activities with current dates will appear italicized in grey font. You are able to add new activities to these past programs and they will once again display in your current programs list once new activities and dates have been added.
The View/Search Activities list often times will be a much longer display since it is itemizing all of the activities within the programs. Similar to the Programs page, you can search past activities by backdating your search and also search by name or category.
