Welcome to the MyRec.com Onboarding Academy!
Welcome MyRec.com Academy! Here you will learn the all the basics you need to know to get you started. Lets go over a few important reminders to make your experience a successful one.
- Logging In:
- You will be given login credentials to the system from your onboarder. Take a minute to make sure you are able to access the system.
- Make Sure to Write Down Questions:
- Your Onboarder will meet with you several times throughout the onboarding process to answer any questions on specific features you may have.
- Practice in the MyRec.com Demo Site:
- During onboarding, you will be provided a login to a practice sandbox site. You can use this site to practice anything you'd like or to follow along during training.
- Quizzes at the end of each section:
- To help ensure you're on the right track, each section will have a mini two to three question quiz for you to answer. Do not worry if any answers you submit are incorrect. The correct answer will populate immediately for you to make note of.
- Activating Subtitles:
- To enable English subtitles for a video, start by playing the selected video. Then, click the Captions icon and choose "English" from the Subtitles menu. Once selected, the video will display English subtitles as you watch.

If you'd like to provide plastic cards to your members to scan, you can purchase membership cards through MyRec.com. Our cards are professionally designed, and we manage the ordering and shipping on our end!
