When using Registration Payment Plans (RPPs), there may be circumstances that required the cancellation or pausing of an active RPP. Below, we will walk through the steps to accomplish pausing or cancelling a Registration Payment Plan.

Originally, a circular arrow appeared next to all items that were in an active payment plan.
As of January 13th, 2025 - you will now see a clickable link next to items currently in an active payment plan. When clicked, the link will bring you directly to the details of that payment plan.
